Background: Case Scenario

Your supervisor has learned that you have completed a course in healthcare informatics and calls you into her office. She tells you the leadership organization is concerned that it does not have a program for the remote monitoring of patients with heart failure, and she wants you to lead a team to analyze needs and to make recommendations for creating it. She informs you that the purpose of the Technology Analysis will be to guide management in considering how program could be implemented throughout the organization.
