Introduction
Research Question
The study in question is about measure the quality of the services of a lifestyle company. Also, the
survey will help in identify the target market (who is the customer.)
The purpose of the survey is to help the firm to identify the real cause of decline in customers, as
well as, help in measuring customers appreciation of the services offered by the company.
Therefore, the survey will help in indentify the customers of the company services, i.e.,
independent variable and measure their level of satisfaction (dependent variable).
The firms sales services are decreasing and the firm intends to identify what is the problem.
Therefore, the company wants to know why the customers are canceling businesses with the firm,
which has led to decrease in sales. The decrease in sales is assumed to be caused by the pricing
problems, lack of marketing, quality of customer services, as well as, uncompetitive product.
Population
The universe is the clients that have had or are still receiving services. This survey also tries to
provide the definition of the universe where the problem is identified and possibly obtain a data
that allows obtaining a target market for the catchment of more clients.
