Read Porche (2019); chapter one to better understand policies and political strategies to implement change.
Choose one health issue from the past five years that demonstrates how nurses have influenced policy change and discuss the following:  
¢ Identify the agenda of the health policy.¢ Analyze the competing agendas of the stakeholders and the public opinion regarding the policy.¢ Describe the MSN Essential that supports the masters prepared nurse leaders participation in the chosen health policy.
