You will create an outline for this program. This program outline will be presented to your steering committee for approval to continue enacting the plan. Instructions

Targets: Which groups need to take action to ensure progress toward a solution? (This is your target audience).
Outcomes: What actions do the targets need to take?
Activities: What supporting activities do you and your staff need to take to progress the targets from the program awareness phase through to the outcome completion?
Resources: What additional resources or inputs will your team need to implement the activities successfully?
